Everyone is sick here
It’s been a rough week, especially for Monique and the kids. Nicole is puking, Michael has pink-eye and to top it all off, Monique started getting sick tonight — so far I’m the only hold-out.
Nicole started two days ago out of the blue, but she is getting better now. Michael’s just started this morning, but when he got home from school he could barely keep his eye open. Monique took him to the doctor on call and they gave us some eye-drops for him. I don’t know if you’ve ever tried putting eye-drops in a fussy nine-year-old, but it’s not fun.
Late in the evening, Monique said she wasn’t feeling well. When momma’s not well, nobody is well.
