Finally, everything is back to normal
Posted by: | CommentsWell our final day in Cancun and nobody is sick. My back still hurts, but it was really good to see Monique and Nicole out of bed and walking around today. They didn’t eat much, but at least they were around.
Food poisoning and an aching back
Posted by: | CommentsThings just go from bad to worse for the us the last 24 hours. My back pain from the sea-doo incident yesterday was hitting full force now, which basically left me incapacitated and Monique and Nicole got sick.
A Sea-doo accident ruins my day
Posted by: | CommentsToday, Len, Brett, Adam, Michael and I booked a jungle trip on sea-doos, complete with some snorkeling off one of the coral reefs. Most of the trip went very well, but unfortunately a sea-doo accident put a damper on the day for me.
Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville sucks ass
Posted by: | CommentsAfter a long day at the Isle of Women Monique, Len, Sandy and I decided to take a walk to Tony Roma’s to make reservations for tomorrow night. Tony’s is one of my favorite restaurants — that and Morton’s. One the way back, we decided to stop at Jimmy Buffet’s for a margarita.
Going to the Isle of Women
Posted by: | CommentsA great day was had by all. Nicole finally broke her bad mood, so everyone enjoyed the day. It was a good thing to because it was our first off-site day since we’ve been in Mexico.
Shopping and man’s night out
Posted by: | CommentsMonique, Michael and I are all in a good mood today, which made for a very nice time. Nicole is still cranky, but there doesn’t seem to be anything we can do about that. The first part of the day was pretty much ruined with one of Nicole’s temper-tantrums, but we made it up to Michael.
Bad start to the vacation
Posted by: | CommentsOur first full day in Cancun. Nicole, Monique and I were all cranky, leaving Michael as the only sane one in the family.
SURPRISE!! Never think Cancun will go smoothly
Posted by: | CommentsWell we arrived at the hotel as planned, no big deal at all — unfortunately that’s where “as planned” stopped for the day. We had ordered an ocean view room, but the hotel said we had the Lagoon view. I really didn’t need this.
Off to Cancun
Posted by: | CommentsWell, I’ve been home from Las Vegas and Cupertino for a little more than a day and I again find myself on a plane — this time to Cancun, Mexico with my family for some rest and relaxation.
Stupid circus tricks at dinner
Posted by: | CommentsAs conservative as Monique seems, sometimes she gets … well a bit whacky. Most times it happens at home, but sometimes it happens in public — tonight was one of those times. We were at dinner when she decided to do stupid crazy tricks at the table and brought the kids into the game, as well.
