Monique, Michael and I are all in a good mood today, which made for a very nice time. Nicole is still cranky, but there doesn’t seem to be anything we can do about that. The first part of the day was pretty much ruined with one of Nicole’s temper-tantrums, but we made it up to Michael.
We took Michael to the mall to pick up some souvenirs and to get some ice cream. He seemed to have a really good time at Senor Frogs looking at all the silly things they had, but ended up walking away with a deck of playing cards — he collects them from different places he goes.
Then it was time for Michael’s first “Man’s Night Out.”
It was Mexican food night at the hotel and I know from experience that just won’t work for me, so Michael, Len, Adam, Brett and I took Michael to McDonald’s. It was a lot of fun hanging out and laughing after a hot day in the sun.
I don’t understand how these people go lay in the hot sun all day everyday, but there are a ton of them that do it.
