Well we arrived at the hotel as planned, no big deal at all — unfortunately that’s where “as planned” stopped for the day. We had ordered an ocean view room, but the hotel said we had the Lagoon view. I really didn’t need this.

Stupid circus tricks at dinner

As conservative as Monique seems, sometimes she gets … well a bit whacky. Most times it happens at home, but sometimes it happens in public — tonight was one of those times. We were at dinner when she decided to do stupid crazy tricks at the table and brought the kids into the game, as well.

Twiggy is doing much better

It’s been a week of worrying and wondering what was happening to Twiggy, but she is finally getting back to normal. After eating some of the kids treats, then spending days on a restricted diet and a trip to the vet, she is running around happy again.

Stealing food from the dog

Well, I guess it is not stealing and we’re not taking the food because we eat it or anything like that — the fact is Twiggy hasn’t been feeling well for the past few days. Her stomach has been upset and she has been visibly sick and we didn’t know why until a couple of days ago.

I have something in common with our new washing machine!

A few weeks ago my wife bought a new washing machine. Turns out the machine and I have something in common — we are both Super-Agitators! I’ve worked hard on being good at that over the years; somehow I think if you ask my wife, she would say I was very good at it too.
