Zakk Wylde’s manager has responded to the 357 Customs debacle that has affected a good many Black Label Society fans. Bob Ringe, Zakk’s manager, said Zakk had nothing to do with the offer himself and that his lawyers have contacted 357 Customs.
357 Customs offered users quite an incredible deal. With the purchase of one of the three new Zakk Wylde diecast/gift certificate packs, customers would receive a free Epiphone Zakk Wylde signature model Les Paul guitar. You could chose from the Zakk Wylde Bullseye, Zakk Wylde Sawblade, or Zakk Wylde Camo.
However, orders quickly became backed up and while some users did get their guitars, many more did not.
Ringe said that 357 has promised to fulfill all of the orders made during the promotion, so everyone will eventually get their guitars. While no timeframe was given for the delivery, Ringe said Zakk’s lawyers will be monitoring the situation until it’s resolved.

Zakk Wylde may not be responsible but Chad Dyer is. He was acting as management for BLS when her told me it was NOT a scam.
I got scammed, and CHad is responsible, period.

I got scammed with the 357 customs deal. I hat that Zakk Wylde got associatied with this company but never the less. I would like my money back.

No more music, concert, anything to do with ZW for me…sorry but all the emails for deals for ZW that I did buy into, made this legit for me…what a shame.

I ordered (3) MP3 players which were to include Epiphone guitars (2 Sawblades and 1 Bullseye)among other things and have received nothing to date. Any progress on resolving this?

3: You lied about your assistant shipping said package on Wednesday, May 2nd 2007
4: You lied over the phone on Friday, May 4th 2007 when you offered to refund my money and return it to me via PayPal. You lied to me when
you stated that you would complete this refund after you returned home from California from the visit of your new born niece. You stated that
you would be home at approximately 6:00 pm yesterday evening. To reiterate: You offered to refund the money in question if I would promise never
to send you another long email letter. I agreed. You did not send the money as promised, however. So therefore, I am sending you this letter now.
I will be contacting PayPal, ebay, the appropriate court in your jurisdiction and arranging travel to your jurisdiction at the appropriate time. I will begin paying for a general information and or criminal background check on you specifically. I will if and when necessary send copies of all records of our communications along with a timeline to these authorities.
If necessary I will send copies of this ruse that you have perpetrated to any family, friends, or clients that might or might not be interested. I assure you… I am not being completely

Alot of the problem with this scam was his ridicule of anyone questioning it…..and his assurances that him and Zakk were “In the money with 357″.

I would like to thank Zakk and his management for what I read on his website board page 105. That they did not send guitars to Crusader Soldiers in Iraq/ afghanistahn fighting in an illegal war against the Peace of Islam is very honorable. Also those who point out the slodiers money s Not Better than anyone else and imply they should NOT get any special treatment and are no better than others. Zakk will be honored with other Great AMerikans who fight on the side of World Peace. anyone who work against emeny of Islam is a good friend of Islam.
