After his manager responded to the 357 Customs deal gone bad, Black Label Society front man Zakk Wylde has personally responded on his Web site. I can only imagine that if Zakk is as angry as he sounds, the problems should be resolved.
Beserkers, nobody is more upset by 357’s unscrupulous activities than I am, and I assure you that I did not know about or approve any of these activities. That is why I have directed my attorneys to take all steps necessary to address this situation. I realize it has been frustrating for you waiting for information, and as soon as the attorneys report to me next week, I will update you with a more complete statement.
Strength, Determination, Merciless, Forever.
Zakk Wylde
I had no doubt Zakk would be pissed about this and step up when the time came.

Between Zakk’s comment and his manager, I think they’ll be able to do something. I didn’t get one myself and I’m kind of glad at this point.
It’s too bad the position that 357 put Zakk and BLS in with this deal.

Keep in mind this was posted on the same website and by the same webmaster that fooled thousands of customers for months on end.

The text of the lawsuit indicates that it was brought about to prevent any preying upon of Zakk’s loyal fans in the future and to recoup unpaid royalties as 357 Customs failed to deliver on its agreements with Zakk Wylde. There is nothing in the suit thus far to indicate any kind of specific damages to be recovered on behalf of fans

Does anyone have any further info on the progress of the lawsuit? I filed a disputed charge with my credit card but they can’t help me because 357 Customs does not have a current account from which to back out the funds. I’m stuck for almost $200 for merchandise I did not recieve, as I am sure thousands of others are. Looks like 357 is getting away with it as far as the fans are concerned.

On May 8, 2007, Zakk Wylde’s Attorney filed a Request For Dismissal of the case, ending any hope that 357 Customs Inc would be held to account for their actions.

I hadn’t heard that they asked for the case to be dismissed. That’s too bad!
