Scott Weiland looking much better
Posted by: | CommentsStone Temple Pilots and ex-Velvet Revolver frontman Scott Weiland is looking much better these days, but I have to say he sounds kind of sad.
I’m a big Weiland fan, which is why I was so disappointed when VR broke up. They made some of the best music I had heard in a long time. A real shame.
I am looking forward to Weiland’s new solo record, but I can’t image it will be as good as VR.
Here’s an interview with Weiland and LA Weekly.

Sometimes the Boston Bruins piss me off
Posted by: | Comments
The Boston Bruins have been doing very good so far this year. Not only have they won the majority of their games, but they have done so using all four lines on a consistent basis.
Last night’s game against the New York Rangers seemed to be more of the same for the Bs. They controlled the game and heading into the third period had a 2-0 lead.
Much of that came, once again, from goalie Tim Thomas. He is definitely dominating the position this year, but his team really let him down against the Rangers.
The Bruins ended up losing the game 3-2 in a shootout. They lost because they decided it was best to stop skating and play a defensive game. It was pathetic to watch. I don’t know if they were tired or what, but they played like the Bruins of a few years ago that couldn’t win a game.
Hopefully, they won’t do that again. I felt bad for Tim Thomas.
