My last day at Macworld
Posted by: | CommentsWell, after 15 years at MacCentral and Macworld, I am leaving. I found out a couple of weeks ago that I was being laid off — I was a bit surprised, but the economy really sucks, so I guess it shouldn’t be a big surprise.
I wrote a goodbye message on Macworld this afternoon.

My son thinks I look like Charles Manson
Posted by: | CommentsMy son was sitting at the table the other day and say a picture of Charles Manson. My wife new by the look on his face that he had something to say.
“What’s wrong, Michael,” she asked.
“Oh, nothing,” he responded. “Is that really Charles Manson?”
“Yes,” she said. “Why? Does it remind you of someone?”
He just smiled and said “oh, no.”
Personally, I don’t see it.

Hi, I’m still around
Posted by: | CommentsYes, it has been a long time — about seven months to be more specific. Despite all of the comments I got at Macworld Expo earlier this month, I am still alive, I have not abandoned the site and … well, nothing else happened. I was just busy.
So a lot has happened in the last seven months, but there’s been so much I can’t even begin to start listing it all.
Bottom line, the kids are doing good, Monique is great and Twiggy is her usual crazy self. All in all life is good.
